1. Agreement

The Disciplined Temple is operated by The Four Stewardships LLC (Georgia). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Not medical advice — train at your own risk

The Disciplined Temple is a tool for personal fitness discipline. It is not medical, nutritional, financial, legal, or pastoral advice, and not a substitute for a professional. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or fasting program, especially if you have a health condition. You participate at your own risk, and we make no guarantee of any particular result.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use The Disciplined Temple.

4. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not share it.

5. Subscriptions & automatic renewal

The Disciplined Temple is a paid subscription with no free trial. Payment is collected upfront. Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel; by subscribing you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method at each renewal. Pricing and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

6. Cancellation & refunds

Cancel anytime in your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable; if charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review in good faith. EU/UK customers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases; by starting your paid plan immediately you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose that right once access begins.

7. Your content

Content you enter remains yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display it back to you within the product.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or resell access without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its content, design, and brand are owned by The Four Stewardships LLC and protected by law. You may not use them without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Four Stewardships LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including any injury arising from exercise or nutrition choices you make), and our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Four Stewardships LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

13. Binding arbitration & class-action waiver

Please read this carefully. Except as noted below, any dispute between you and us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing dennis@thefourstewardships.com with your account email and “arbitration opt-out.” This section does not apply where unenforceable by law and does not limit rights that cannot be waived (including certain EU/UK consumer rights).

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 13, courts in Richmond County, Georgia have jurisdiction.
